HistoryThe history of this frequency can be traced back to July 18, 1939, when Edwin H. Armstrong`s station W2XMN began regular broadcasting on a frequency of 42.8 Mhz. Armstrong, the father of FM radio, had actually begun testing the station on April 10, 1938, and had demonstrated FM transmission as early as 1934. The station, which also became known as W31NY and WFMN, moved to 43.1 Mhz in 1942. W2XMN moved to the new FM band in 1946, first at 92.1 Mhz, and then in 1948, to 93.1, where it became known as KE2XCC. It went off the air on March 6, 1954, soon after Armstrong`s death. WPAT broadcast on this frequency with an Easy Listening format from March 1, 1957, until the station`s sale to Spanish Broadcasting in January 1996.

History
This station originated with a construction permit issued to Bremer Broadcasting Corp. to operate on the old FM band at a frequency of 49.5 in January 1942. Bremer, however, did not put the station, WAAW, on the air until June 23, 1947, broadcasting on 101.9. The station became WAAT-FM later in 1947 and moved to 94.7 in 1948. It was sold to National Telefilm Associates in 1958, and the call letters were changed to WNTA-FM. Bergen Broadcasting purchased the station in 1961 and adopted the call letters WJRZ-FM in 1962. In 1966, the station was purchased by evangelist Harold Camping`s Family Stations, and the call letters WFME were adopted.
Comments
On October 16, 2012, Cumulus Media announced that it was purchasing WFME from Family Stations. The sale was completed on January 9, 2013, and Family Radio`s programming was discontinued on January 11, 2013. Pending the introduction of a new format, Cumulus began a simulcast of WPLJ using the call letters WRXP, which was legally adopted on January 14, 2013. A country music format debuted on January 21, 2013, and the call letters were again changed, to WNSH, on January 29, 2013.

5 Types Of Girls You Should Stay Clear Away From

5 Types Of Girls You Should Stay Clear Away From

Guys always in search for love and look to date the so call right girl but not knowing what they are getting themselves into. The guys' species seek for a woman she always searches with his intent to fall in love. He does not get to learn the type of women that comes his way. He becomes blinded by the woman out exterior and not studying the woman interior personality. Once he gets his feelings hooked into the woman he starts seeing the negative behavior not knowing those attribute was always there. So, males take your time and observe these five types of women you should run from and save yourself and heart from being broken.

Guys watch out for these five types:

Number 1

This chick has made it her hobby to argue about absolutely everything. In particular, she has mastered the technique of bringing up topics and past arguments that are completely unrelated to the issue at hand. The more you try to tell her that her sense of logic is out of whack, the more she'll argue.
She may also try to make you feel guilty about everything you do, even situations that you have absolutely no control over.
Obviously, if you're always tense when you're with your girlfriend, it defeats the purpose of having a relationship. If you got involved with this type of woman without realizing what you were getting yourself into, now's the time to run in the other direction.

Number 2

There are ultimately two types of chronic cheaters. The first will announce her history of infidelity on the first date as if she takes pride in it. This type is easy to detect and get away from quickly. The second is much more cunning — she cheats without ever admitting to it, even when you confront her directly.
In this case, your only chance of finding out the truth is by asking someone who knows her well and whom you think you can trust. For example, if you get along with one of her long-time male friends, you can try getting the dirt from him. However, if she's cheating on you with him, you're out of luck. If you have no way of finding out but you continue to have doubts, get rid of her. Trust is the foundation of any good relationship.

Number 3

The Princess is one high maintenance chick. If she breaks a nail, she expects you to drop everything you're doing to drive her to the nail salon immediately. There's no way she'll go to the pub to have a beer and watch the game; only the trendiest venues will do. Her daddy always told her she was a princess and she expects to be treated like one.
Not only will she constantly keep you busy taking care of her every need, the Princess can also cost you a pretty penny. Although she's not necessarily after your money like the Gold Digger, she has expensive taste and expects you to shower her with nice things and take her out to posh places on a regular basis.

Number 4

If your girlfriend is constantly fixing your hair and tucking in your shirt, you're the victim of a Mother Goose. Although she may have good intentions and be great in many other ways, her motherly instincts will eventually drive you up the wall.
She may not be a lost cause, however; some women can be taught to stop "mothering" you. However, if you've talked to her about it a few times and she still can't resist the urge to spit on a tissue to remove a spot from your face, you might have to go your separate ways.

Number 5

Whether you're with friends, family, or even just the dog, she always has to be the center of everyone's attention. In order to accomplish this, she may use one or many of the following techniques: Talking excessively loud, wildly gesturing, telling unbelievable stories just to capture everyone's attention, or wearing extremely provocative outfits.
Although this type of woman can be exhausting given that she's always putting on a show, some men do enjoy women with lots of personalities. Just be sure that you can handle it before you get involved.

5 Types Of Guys You Should Run From (Fast!) by Dr. Phil

5 Types Of Guys You Should Run From (Fast!)

Females always in search for love and look to date the so call right man but not knowing what they are getting themselves into. The women species seek for a man she always searches with her heart and emotions. She does not get to learn the type of guys that comes her way. She becomes blinded by the man out exterior and not studying the man interior personality. Once she gets her feelings hooked into the man she starts seeing the negative behavior not knowing those attribute was always there. So, females take your time and observe these five types of guys you should run from and save yourself and heart from being broken.

Of course, there are plenty of great guys out there, but I’ve also known some really bad guys in my time. I wouldn’t be leveling with you if I neglected to tell you about some guys who have a dark side. So how can you avoid the bad apples? Watch out for these five types:

1. The Hit ‘er-and-Quit ‘er These guys are the ones who just don’t like women, yet they use women as often as possible. They still want sex, but their need for intimacy and female companionship ends at the foot of the bed. They will say virtually anything to get a girl naked and have no conscience about what lies and misrepresentations they tell to get there. They are predators and will move on, even if they like the woman. Watch out for men who try to pressure you into having sex with over-the-top urgency and get aggressive when you say no.

2. The Kiss-and-Teller These are the braggarts who are more interested in a trophy for the sole purpose of having a story to tell. Unlike the previous guy, who may not even care about his image, these guys can’t wait to parade you around — and then get away from you so they can tell their stories. Their only interest is meeting what they believe are society’s expectations. So they won’t try to get to know you at all. They just want to show you off and make people think that they have something, even if they don’t.

3. The Smother Brother These guys are overwhelmed by a need for control. For example, they might tell a girlfriend how to dress, or where she is and is not allowed to go. Their problem is that they can’t deal with uncertainty, so they micromanage the life out of you and the relationship. At first, it might feel good that they are really head over heels in love with you and so invested in you. But be patient, because soon you might find that their interest is not in caring for you, but in controlling you. Don’t confuse smothering with love.

4. The Pretender He is playing a script and he doesn’t care who is playing opposite him. He just likes his role of romantic lead, which he may eagerly play all the way up to the altar. But he has no intention of ever following through by sticking around to do the actual work. Once this guy feels he’s got you, it’s “game over” — now he has to figure out what to do with you. And that’s either too scary or too boring a proposition for him to deal with, so he moves on.

5. The Mama’s Boy Unemployed and seeking women who are affluent to take care of them emotionally and financially, mama’s boys are looking to be — you guessed it — mommies. Instead of viewing relationships as their chance to grow into adulthood, they look at women as mothers who will feed, clothe and clean up after them. Watch out for guys who never seem to have any money, so they expect you to pay for dinner or even ask for loans.

Boy, oh boy, I can put some faces with each of these five categories! These guys are out there. Beware.
