Noneillah Founder Birthday
A Call for Justice: Remembering Deshon Johnson on His Birthday
In a somber reflection on what should have been a joyous occasion, we share images of Noneillah Founder and music artist Deshon, affectionately known as Sean M, on what would have been his 32nd birthday. However, the celebration is marred by the painful reality that Deshon is not with us today. He fell victim to a tragic incident, intentionally caused by a Coach USA bus driver operating an NJ Transit bus.
The details of Deshon's untimely demise are heart-wrenching—he was not only struck twice by the bus but also dragged a considerable distance, all with a shocking lack of remorse for precious human life. To compound the tragedy, the ensuing legal proceedings were tainted by deception and misrepresentation. Prosecutor Thomas Fennlly misled Deshon's grieving mother, and the transportation attorney played a role in distorting facts in favor of the culpable bus driver.
The Essex County Prosecutor's detective, tasked with uncovering the truth, instead orchestrated a cover-up, displaying a callous disregard for Deshon's life. The bus driver, unbelievably, received a paycheck for extinguishing a promising life, returned to the road, and was rewarded with a comfortable retirement package. Such gross misconduct is both grotesque and wicked.
The justice system, meant to be a pillar of fairness, has been revealed as a flawed institution manipulated by individuals devoid of compassion. Deshon, a remarkable young man with a future filled with educational pursuits, entrepreneurship, and a burgeoning music career, was robbed of his dreams. His mother, now left without her only child and no grandchildren, bears the weight of an immeasurable loss.
In the accompanying pictures, Deshon's mother is captured indulging in one of her son's cherished creations—Oddes Of Noodles with cheese, a poignant tribute to his memory. We stand in solidarity with Deshon's mother and implore you to join the fight for justice by writing letters to the governor, Attorney General, District Attorney, and local politicians, demanding the reopening of Deshon's case.
You can actively contribute by visiting the courts and filing an Amical Brief or by raising awareness through local and national media outlets. It is a stark reality that countless lives, like Deshon's, continue to be lost due to the actions of NJ Transit and Coach USA bus drivers.
Governor Phil Murphy and Senator Bob Menendez have enacted laws to shield bus drivers from potential harm by pedestrians and passengers. Paradoxically, if a bus driver inflicts harm on pedestrians, passengers, motorcyclists, or cyclists, they face no legal consequences. Instead, they are rewarded with paychecks, retirement packages, and the protection of the law, enabling them to continue posing a threat on the roads.
The cry for justice echoes loudly: Justice for Deshon Johnson! We must put an end to the senseless killings perpetrated by these deadly bus drivers and ensure the safety of our roads. Unfortunately, these innocent lives receive insufficient attention from the government, news outlets, local newspapers, and politicians, leading to a distressing cycle of neglect.
The ATU bus Union's support for these drivers further compounds the anguish experienced by Deshon's mother, who endures the pain of loss each time she encounters NJ Transit and Coach USA buses on the road. The innocent life of Deshon killed do not get the attention that it should from the governor, news, local newspapers, and politicians. They just tag them and bag them. Then whip up the innocent person's blood, brains, and other body parts swipe the deaths under the rug, and act like the innocent person like Deshon was killed in vain with no remorse. They act like these killing epidemics are not happening.
The way Deshon's life was taken the Universe will do the same to their children to balance the Karma. What happens in the Dark will come out into the light and the Almighty God will see to that. An innocent blood was ahead and that was Deshon.
As we reflect on Deshon's birthday, let us not forget the injustice he suffered. Join us in demanding accountability, transparency, and a change in the system that allowed such a tragedy to occur. Deshon is profoundly missed and loved, and we honor his memory by seeking the justice he deserves.
