Legal documents show Tonishia "Toni" Scott — who started dating Peter toward the end of 2017 after he and Cynthia, 52, divorced — has been arrested multiple times on various charges.
In August 2011, Tori was arrested after a concerned passerby called authorities to do a welfare check on a woman passed out in her van.
Toni was gone by the time first responders arrived, but police spotted her driving her van "all over the road" and made a traffic stop.
Though she insisted to officers she had consumed only one Long Island iced tea at a local bar, she failed a breathalyzer test and was booked on DWI.

Do you think Cynthia is suing her husband or a storyline because she does not have an exciting story plot? Cynthia loaned Peter the money to open the newest version of Bar One (you know, after the original closed). A sum of $170,000!! It sounds like she has been seeking repayment for quite some time. In an interview in 2017, Cynthia shared, "[Regarding Peter] we have unfinished business. I'm his partner at Bar One Atlanta. We're building it out now. The bar business was a project that we started while we were together, and we put it on hold while we were kind of not liking each other so much."
Around the time Cynthia loaned Peter the money, he also began renting the site for Peter's Brew (unbeknownst to Cynthia) and his lounge in North Carolina.
