Nicki Minaj finds herself embroiled in yet another feud with a fellow female rapper, adding to the list of controversies that seem to follow her. Some speculate whether Nicki's apparent jealousy of emerging women in the rap scene vying for the throne could be the root cause, or if these newcomers are leveraging her fame to gain traction, only to later criticize her with disrespect.

The latest chapter in this saga unfolds with rising star Megan Thee Stallion. The tension reached its peak on Jan. 29 when Minaj dropped a solo single titled “Big Foot,” seemingly in response to Megan Thee Stallion's track “Hiss.”

Megan's "Hiss" delves into the complexities of her public life, with one line in particular catching Nicki's ire: “These hoes don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law,” she passionately raps, hinting at underlying issues. “I don’t really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start.”

Noneillah's reaction to the feud is candid and direct. They praise Megan's bars in "Hiss," noting her impeccable flow, while expressing disappointment in Nicki's response. Despite Nicki's undeniable talent, they find her diss track lacking the usual finesse in wordplay and flow. Nicki's Back Story

A little back story on Nicki's husband Kenny Petty had raped a women Jennifer Huff at the age of 16-year-old by knife point and cut. The victim was threatened and bullied Kenny refused to go to trial and he bargained a plea deal for attempted rap, which landed him on the sex offender registry. He is a level three sex offender.

How this sex offender charge works is you have level one and you are on the registry for ten years. Level two they give you twenty years on the registry. Level three you are on it for life. Jennifer was his victim in the 90's. Now Kenny moved from New York to Los Angeles and he figured he did not have to register any more. He busts the fans and the blogs catch on, Next thing you know he has an eviction then the LA police do a search and see who Kenny's victim is. Then Jeniffer's name is dragged into the media and blogs all over again.The Petty's offer to pay his victim to recant her story and say that she lied so he can get off the sex offender registry. Jennifer had moved on with her life. Next thing she knew that her story and name was trending and went viral all over the blogs and social media. Sadly to say she did not know. How she found out someone had approached her daughter about her mother's story went viral. Then the victim's family was threatened by Petty's alleged gang ties. The woman was minding her business and all of a sudden she got side swipe by fame. How unlucky for her that her assailant had ended up marrying someone famous and rich that drugged her back into this toxic past of facing her rapist. It is allegedly said that Jennifer has a hard time keeping a job because her work place does not want all of the attention surrounding their business. Also, her six year old daughter was threatened to be killed by Nicki's fans.

Not only Nicki's husband is a register sex offender, her brother is too. Both men in her life is on the Megan's law sex offender registry.

The registry sex offenders is called the Megan Law. The backstory on Megan Law is about a little white seven year old girl who was raped and killed by her neighbor. Megan's Law is named after seven-year-old Megan Kanka, a New Jersey girl who was raped and killed by a known registered sex offender who had moved across the street from the family without their knowledge. In the wake of the tragedy, the Kankas sought to have local communities warned about sex offenders in the area.

In Nicki's diss track aimed at Megan, she addresses a sensitive topic involving Megan's deceased mother, alleging that Megan had been involved with her mother's boyfriend. Nicki dismisses these claims as fabrication, urging Megan to refrain from tarnishing her mother's memory. Additionally, Nicki implicates RocNation in her rap.

Interestingly, Megan had initially admired Nicki and even collaborated with her on the track "Hot Girl Summer" when she entered the music industry

Megan's Back Story

Megan was at the Jenner's house for a party when an argument erupted between Tory and herself. During the altercation, Megan, the music artist, alleged that Tory shot her in the foot. Rapper Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court for assaulting fellow artist Megan Thee Stallion.

In December of last year, Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan in the foot in July 2020 as they departed a party at celebrity Kylie Jenner's Hollywood Hills home.

At his conviction, the defendant was found guilty of all three charges prosecutors had brought against him: assault with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, and negligent discharge of a gun for shooting the victim. Megan claimed that on July 12, 2020, she was in Lanez's car with him, his bodyguard, and her friend, and that the four were arguing. Megan, who was in the front seat, exited the car. Megan Thee Stallion's ex, Pardison Fontaine, responded to her recent accusations of infidelity in the song "Cobra" by releasing a diss track titled "Thee Person." On Friday, he made the four-minute rap song public in which he addressed the 28-year-old singer's charges. It was alleged that Megan had a relationship with her best female friend's boyfriend.

“Drake is obsessed with Megan, and it’s so embarrassing.” Following his recent dispute with Halle Berry over the weekend, Drake seems to continue his inappropriate behavior toward women by apparently dissing Megan Thee Stallion (once again) at a concert in her hometown. Drake has repeatedly attacked Megan following her recent assault case involving his friend and former collaborator, Tory Lanez. (Last month, Lanez was sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion.) Drake has been provoking Megan for a while now, but Megan continues to ignore him. He has been seeking a reaction from her, but she refuses to engage. Drake continues his one-sided feud with Megan Thee Stallion.

Understanding the backstory between Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj might shed light on the shots both women took against each other. It has been alleged by Azalea Banks, the music artist, that Nicki is not upset about Megan getting an abortion and consuming alcohol to terminate the pregnancy. Nor is Nicki's beef with Megan about her collaboration with Cardi B. Azalea said that Nicki's beef with Megan is truly about Megan being signed by Jay-Z and Beyoncé's record label, Roc Nation, because Nicki wanted to be a Roc Nation artist and they did not sign her. She is upset that Roc Nation chose Megan over her. I guess Nicki did not handle the rejection well, especially since she is considered the Queen of rap with timeless bars.
